Spacious room, excellent location, with a convenient outdoor swimming pool nearby, allowing easy access to the refreshing beach just a few steps away while enjoying the friendly atmosphere created by the diligent staff maintaining the cleanliness of shared areas.

Nice kids' pool area

Great space in the room, perfect for relaxing, and the air conditioning worked wonders during the heat. The pool area impressed us, especially the kids' pool with fun slides. We enjoyed the all-inclusive option with diverse meal choices at the main restaurant. Each meal had something exciting, from fresh fruits to themed nights. The snacks at the pool bar were a hit, especially the ice cream for the kids. Evening entertainment was lively, with shows that got everyone involved. the breakfast experience left room for improvement. certain dishes like the sausages were undercooked, and the wait times for seating felt excessive. The language barrier created confusion too, especially during allergy discussions with the staff. There were times when the noise level from nearby rooms disrupted our peace because the walls seemed thin. The limited parking spaces were a hassle as well, making it difficult to find a spot. These aspects could use better management to improve overall satisfaction. Still, the warm staff and fantastic amenities made our stay enjoyable, even with the minor setbacks.

We had a delightful stay at Mediterraneo, appreciating the enchanting pools and captivating sea views. While our room lacked extra storage, the daily cleaning was impeccable. The animation team kept our daughter engaged with exciting activities, making it a memorable holiday.

Dining was a hassle too, with only one restaurant available that served a repetitive menu and often had long wait times. The cleanliness left much to be desired. one elevator had dried sick on the floor for two days, showing a lack of proper upkeep. the nearby beach is mostly shingle rather than soft sand, which could be a disappointment for those expecting a classic beach experience. Lastly, the thin walls in the rooms allowed for noise from neighboring guests, which made for a less peaceful stay.

The room offered great space, yet the bathroom felt dangerously slippery during my shower.

We had an enriching experience at Mediterraneo Bay Hotel & Resort. The kids loved the charming pool area, complete with fun water slides, while we enjoyed relaxing on spacious sun loungers. The food at the buffet consistently impressed us, especially the fresh seafood options.

At times, the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable.

Great family-friendly hotel with excellent pools

We just returned from a 7-night stay, and I must say, the pool facilities were fantastic, especially the dedicated kids area which our little one adored. The variety of food options in the buffet was impressive. it always kept mealtime interesting.

This place suits me perfectly, with amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a poolside snack bar, and a kids club. The staff helped my elderly parents during our first stay, and Adolena was amazing with the kids. I’m coming back for a weekend!

Great family resort but some missing touches

The kids area was a blast. My daughter couldn’t stop giggling on the waterslides,, and every day felt like an adventure. Especially Adolena from the mini club, she treated every child as her own, which brought a smile to my face.

Wasn't exactly a bargain but for the family fun we had, I’d say it was acceptable.
